«لك وعليك» أداة لمسك حسابات الديون والاتفاق عليها بين طرفين. هي ليست جهة مالية أو مصرفية أو مُعالِج مدفوعات، ولا تحتفظ بأي أموال ولا تحوّلها.
أنت مسؤول عن صحّة ما تُدخله. القيد الذي يوافق عليه الطرفان يمثّل اتفاقهما، لكن التطبيق وسيلة تسجيل فقط، ولا يفصل في أي نزاع قانوني بينكما ولا يُعدّ مستندًا رسميًا بحدّ ذاته.
تلتزم باستخدام الخدمة لأغراض مشروعة فقط، وبعدم إساءة استخدامها أو محاولة تعطيلها أو الإضرار بالآخرين أو إدخال بيانات تخصّ غيرك دون إذنه.
أنت مسؤول عن المحافظة على رقم جوّالك وجهازك. أبلغنا فورًا عند فقد الوصول إلى رقمك حتى نحمي حسابك.
الخدمة مقدّمة «كما هي». نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لدقّتها وتوافرها، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء، ولا نتحمّل الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاستخدام أو تعذّره.
يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. ويحقّ لنا تعليق أو إيقاف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة.
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُحلّ النزاعات وفقها.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط ونُشعرك بالتغييرات المهمّة داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد الإشعار يعني قبولك للنسخة المحدّثة.
Lak w Alayk is a tool for keeping and agreeing on debt records between two parties. It is not a financial institution, bank, or payment processor, and it never holds or transfers money.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. An entry both parties accept represents their agreement, but the app is a recording tool only — it does not adjudicate legal disputes and is not itself an official document.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, not to misuse or disrupt it, harm others, or enter data about someone else without their permission.
You are responsible for safeguarding your phone number and device. Notify us immediately if you lose access to your number so we can protect your account.
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee it is free of interruptions or errors, and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use it.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are resolved accordingly.
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes in the app. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated version.
