افتح التطبيق ← الإعدادات ← «حذف الحساب» ← اتّبع الخطوات. يُجدوَل الحساب للحذف مع مهلة استرداد قصيرة، ثم تُمحى بياناتك الشخصية.
إن لم يعد لديك التطبيق، أرسل بريدًا إلى [email protected] من رقمك، أو مذكورًا فيه رقم الجوّال المسجَّل، بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب». نتحقّق من ملكيتك للرقم ثم نحذف حسابك خلال مدّة معقولة (لا تتجاوز ٣٠ يومًا).
اسمك المعروض، وحساباتك وقيودك وجهات اتصالك، وأجهزتك المسجّلة للإشعارات، وارتباط رقم جوّالك بحسابك.
قد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية لفترة محدودة قبل محوها الدوري، وقد نحتفظ بالحدّ الأدنى مما يلزمه القانون أو منع الاحتيال.
القيود التي شاركتها وتوافق عليها الطرف الآخر تبقى في دفتره الخاصّ كجزء من سجلّه، تمامًا كما تبقى رسالة أرسلتها لدى مستقبلها.
Open the app → Settings → "Delete account" → follow the steps. The account is scheduled for deletion with a short recovery window, then your personal data is erased.
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from your number, or stating your registered phone number, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership of the number and delete your account within a reasonable period (no more than 30 days).
Your display name, your accounts/entries/contacts, your registered notification devices, and the link between your phone number and your account.
Copies may remain in backups for a limited period before routine purging, and we may keep the minimum required by law or for fraud prevention.
Entries you shared and the other party accepted remain in their own ledger as part of their record — just as a message you sent stays with its recipient.
